As an enterprise-focused strategic leader, Krupa has over fifteen years of experience driving enterprise application deployments, including consulting best practices, governance, program management, global team management, software development, and exceeding customer expectations. Her background includes project, portfolio, resource, capacity and work management, metrics, dashboards, and processes. Krupa brings a wealth of knowledge to implementing new processes and technology based on industry standards and guidance from Gartner, the PMO Council, and the Executive Advisory Board. Before joining Rego, Krupa managed the enterprise standards and implementation of Clarity for 9,000 users and fifteen business units at a Fortune 500 company.

Tiffany Morton has been leading enterprise level software implementations as a consultant for over seven years. She began her consulting career in the BI space where she was specifically focused on helping companies leverage their data to answer their business questions. Before joining Rego, she was a senior consultant at Workfront where she was responsible for designing and configuring the platform to help organizations become more efficient, organized and collaborative.
