When it comes to training, communications, and change management, Sara has you covered. She has experience in training and implementing training solutions for companies ranging in size from less than 100 to more than 40,000. Sara has fifteen years of industry experience working for firms such as Ernst&Young, CapGemini, and Washington Consulting. At Rego, Sara leads our CA PPM and Change Management training programs. Sara and her team help companies determine the best approach to meet their training and change management goals and then implement those solutions. Sara has a BS in Computer Science from James Madison University where she also played on the women’s field hockey team. Today Sara still enjoys field hockey and plays on a club team. She also enjoys running, hiking, boating, and being with her husband and two girls.

Ross has specialized in the PPM space for seven years, leading functional deployments, providing strategic guidance, and training different industries in project and portfolio management. Serving a wide range of company sizes, Ross has assisted in migrations, enhancements, and PPM application support for companies like Johnson Controls, Avery Dennison, Cox Enterprises, and Office Depot. Today Ross concentrates on maximizing the value of PPM implementations and securing user engagement via architecture services and best practices. Ross graduated from Georgia State University with a degree in Computer Information Systems. When not traveling for work, you’ll find him bouncing around the world exploring new countries.
