Nihat has served local governments and utilities as a consultant for financial planning, capital funding, rate, and user fee development efforts for over 12 years. He has also dipped his toes into entrepreneurship and co-founded a SaaS company. Nihat has helped build financial planning and asset management software for small and mid-size utilities. Combining his financial and technical knowledge at Apptio, Nihat delivered IT Planning, Cost Transparency, and Bill of IT solutions for Apptio’s strategic (Fortune 100 / Global 1000) and enterprise customers.
