A native of Michigan and now residing in the windy city, Jerry has vast experience in all things PPM. With over twenty years in consulting, Jerry has worked with the likes of General Motors, Sprint, Motorola, HSBC Bank, Mayo Clinic, and many others. Jerry earned his BA from Western Michigan, and has implemented Clarity and ServiceNow PPM solutions.

Jenn Scarlato |
Jennifer Scarlato is a Senior Solution Consultant with Rego Consulting. Jennifer has been implementing project portfolio management solutions and setting up governance frameworks for more than 10 years. During that time, Jennifer has worked closely with large and small organizations to define and automate business processes, implement enterprise-class solutions such as CA Clarity PPM, and provide strategic guidance on best practices when implementing a Project Management Office. For the past 6 years, Jennifer has focused on successfully implementing CA Clarity PPM in organizations that are trying to improve their overall project portfolio management maturity. She is a subject matter expert on core CA PPM functionality including resource management, project management, portfolio management and financial management.

Wes McCoubrie is a Solution Architect with 12 years in the PPM space. At various companies, he has led PMOs and helped establish Tools & Governance teams filled with great people.

Andrew Frost |
Andrew is a highly regarded change management expert and solution architect working with some of Rego’s largest Workfront customers. Prior to joining Rego, Andrew was Senior Director of Marketing Technology & Operations at Fidelity where he designed and implemented digital marketing capabilities and operating models for Fidelity Charitable.
