The Dynamic Duo of Agile Development: Roles and Responsibilities of Product Managers vs Product Owners
As organizations move toward a more agile approach for development, two distinct roles have emerged to help facilitate faster innovation cycles: the product manager and product owner. These two roles work together, driving innovation but also keeping an eye on constraints.
In this fun session, Rego Guides, Alyson Poston and Jacob Cancelliere, will act out and define both roles. Then, they will explain how innovative organizations are using both product managers and product owners to lead a modern, realistic approach to agile development.
