The Art of Annual Planning: Tracking Progress and Performance (Part 2)

Your organization has approved a plan for the work to be completed. You’ve assessed business cases, prioritized work, approved budget and resource allocations against constraints, and developed a balanced plan.

Now, as the work progresses through its lifecycle, how will you report back to executive leadership to demonstrate the progress being made towards the goals and objectives that formed the basis of your plan?

How will you layer in appropriate KPIs without getting bogged down in misleading “vanity metrics”?

What data will you show leaders to help them make informed decisions on whether to pivot or persevere on key initiatives?

Join us as we explore these use cases and how the latest Clarity capabilities and Rego Innovations can provide your leaders and stakeholders with greater insights and visibility – all with minimal manual intervention and effort.
