At Rego, Kelly is the line of business lead for Rego Performance Management, a service that identifies CA PPM users with insights, analysis, and actionable steps to improve performance. When not fine tuning PPM for clients, Kelly likes to fine tune his biking and ultimate Frisbee skills.

Lou Savalli is a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant with Rego. Lou has a breadth of experience in many areas of the ServiceNow platform, including PPM, Performance Analytics, Service Portal, scoped applications and integrations. Lou began working with ServiceNow in 2015, received his administrator and developer certifications in 2017, and became a certified PPM Implementor in 2020. Lou has been developing and delivering applications with a variety of technologies since 2001, such as HP Service Manager, .NET technologies, C, Python, and more.

Matt Rose has been designing processes, integrations, and applications in ServiceNow for 9 years. Before joining Rego, Matt was the lead architect for the ServiceNow platform at a large pharmaceutical company. He describes himself as passionate about process maturity, automation and well-designed solutions. In his downtime, Matt attempts to follow the Cincinnati Reds, volunteers at his church, and raises seven kids.
