Krupa brings a wealth of knowledge to implementing new processes and technology based on industry standards and guidance from Gartner, the PMO Council, and the Executive Advisory Board. Before joining Rego, Krupa managed the enterprise standards and implementation of Clarity for 9,000 users and fifteen business units at a Fortune 500 company.

Nana is an executive-level Project Management Office (PMO) expert with extensive knowledge and experience designing, implementing, and managing metrics-based PMO processes, including strategic planning, ideation, demand management, portfolio prioritization, portfolio optimization, resource allocation, program implementation (SAFe, SCRUM, Waterfall, etc.), continuous improvement and most importantly, program benefits realization. Before joining Abt Associates, he was employed as the Project Manager Office Director at DC Water. In 2020, Nana received the 2020 PMI PMO of the Year award.
