Jennifer has been implementing project portfolio management solutions and setting up governance frameworks for more than 10 years. During that time, Jennifer has worked closely with large and small organizations to define and automate business processes, implement enterprise-class solutions, and provide strategic guidance on best practices when implementing a Project Management Office. For the past 6 years, Jennifer has focused on successfully implementing PPM in organizations that are trying to improve their overall project portfolio management maturity. She is a subject matter expert on resource management, project management, portfolio management and financial management.
One of our technical mavens, Darren has spent more than fifteen years managing multiple disparate IT technologies and operations, including big data, software development, and third-party software implementations. At Rego, Darren is a leader in all things Jaspersoft and also a training and POD leader. With a BS in Information Sciences from Carroll University and a Six Sigma Green Belt, he brings significant knowledge in desktop and application virtualization, agile methodologies, global operations management, and client customer relationship. Outside of work Darren’s interests are just as varied. He is a self-proclaimed early adopter of technology and loves photography, reading, basketball, his family, and piloting Quadcopters.
Chris Williams is a Solution Consultant with Rego Consulting. Chris is an author and practitioner of policy, process, and IT governance assets, technologies, and software licenses. He has over 15-years of experience in IT asset and configuration management. For more than a decade Chris has also been architecting and engineering successful ITSM and ITOM solutions to meet business needs at global scale. Chris is a member of Rego’s ServiceNow ITBM / APM practice and leverages his experience in helping others realize the full potential of managing their application portfolio and CMDB.
