How to Drive your Digital Transformation for an Interconnected Ecosystem

Does everyone understand how all of your business solutions work together? Do you feel overwhelmed by the tools available? Is there confusion around what their purpose is?

Project management is not limited to the software or technologies used. Human elements need to be aligned with technology to ensure success. Join Rego expert guides, Jacob Cancelliere and Matthew Palicki, as they discuss how a Digital Ecosystem Assessment (DEA) can be helpful in evaluating an organization’s entire project management practice - including the people, processes, technology, and governance practices. They will also share examples of how companies have used assessment results to make improvements across their organizations.
