As a TBM Strategic Advisor at Rego Consulting, Stephanie specializes in helping organizations improve their TBM adoption to maximize business value. Prior to Rego Consulting, she managed the State of Washington’s TBM program. She informed statewide strategy and worked individually with public sector agencies to assess their TBM adoption and pain-points. She helped them mature by educating them on how to turn insights into action, articulate the value of technology investments to business partners, look for optimization opportunities, and defend their technology budgets. Stephanie is an advocate for TBM as a discipline, an active participant in the TBM Council Standard’s committee, and former co-chair of the TBM Council Government Strategy community. She is a seasoned speaker at TBM conferences, sharing practical tips and strategies to maximize adoption and realize value.
