Are you using ServiceNow PPM?
Today's the day you get to Ask the Experts all your questions.
- can we see the new development features?
- what adoption strategies work?
- is there coding best practice that's maintenance friendly?
- what are your best time-tracking tips?
Leading the panel we have Rego stars Jerry Dolak, Kelly Limberg, and Matt Rose. Even if you're not sure what questions to ask, they'll come ready to discuss how you can maximize usability and adoption, so your PPM solution is easy to maintain, migrate, and upgrade.
A native of Michigan and now residing in the windy city, Jerry has vast experience in all things PPM. With over 20 years in consulting Jerry has worked with the likes of General Motors, Sprint, Motorola, HSBC Bank, Mayo Clinic and many others. Jerry has his BA from Western Michigan and has the following: PMP Certification, Certified CA PPM Functional Consultant, and a ServiceNow Certified Administrator. Jerry enjoys being outside with his two children and two Labs and occasionally gets time to fly fish where he is often torn between choosing a Woolly Bugger or a Chernobyl Ant.
A lifelong resident of Sonoma County, CA, Kelly helps companies make their PPM software significantly more efficient. Whether it’s enterprise applications, database and network tuning, or application level debugging, Kelly has a sixth sense about how to find and improve systems. A ServiceNow Implementation Specialist, Kelly learned to hone his craft over 15 years at International Microcomputer Software, Applied Business Technology, NIKU, Toyota, and CA Technologies. At Rego, Kelly is the line of business lead for Rego Performance Management, a service that identifies CA PPM users with insights, analysis, and actionable steps to improve performance. When not fine tuning PPM for clients, Kelly likes to fine tune his biking and ultimate Frisbee skills.
Matt Rose has been designing processes, integrations, and applications in ServiceNow for over 6 years. Before joining Rego, Matt was the lead architect on a ServiceNow implementation at a large pharmaceutical company. He describes himself as passionate about maturing processes and automating streamlined workflows. In his downtime, Matt attempts to follow the Cincinnati Reds, volunteers at his church, and raises seven kids.
