Tom joined Rally Software in 2014 and has spent the last few years educating and advising organizations on the benefits of coordinated agile development practices at scale. Tom was part of a large-scale Agile transformation and he has first-hand knowledge of both the benefits and pitfalls that are part of any Agile evolution. He enjoys bringing his real-world experiences as both a Product Manager and Engineer into the conversation. Tom lives in Chicago with his wife, two daughters, and a Wirehaired Pointing Griffon named Tilly. He earned his SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification in 2018.

Rob has extensive PPM consulting and industry experience where he has led or assisted leaders through various strategic and transformation initiatives at all scales. With more than fifteen years of experience, Rob has broad industry exposure spanning technology, financial services, retail, utilities, and pharmaceuticals. Rob specializes in large scale, enterprise-wide strategic transformations. In his spare time, Rob spends time with his wife, three kids, two dogs, two cats, and the kids he coaches in a club he founded: The Innovator’s Lab.
